Translation and search text, photos and audio are not included in first-party analytics. Events are processed on ZHEGE servers to understand usage and improve features.

Our service is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent and have learned that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your data may be processed on servers located in various countries. We ensure an appropriate level of data protection regardless of its location.

We retain your personal data for as long as:

• Your account is active
• It is necessary to provide our services
• It is required by law
• Website and app usage visits and events: records older than 180 days are deleted daily. Short-link click history is kept separately until records are deleted by the operator or in response to an applicable erasure request.

After account deletion, data linked to the account is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. Analytics visits are unlinked from the account; remaining website and app usage visits and events, including their IP addresses, are deleted in the daily cleanup of records older than 180 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by email. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
